  1. Go to www.Care.com in your web browser.
     
  2. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click Contact Us.

  3. On the next screen, you can choose to look at their FAQ help sections either for Caregivers or for Families (i.e. care-seekers), or fill out their contact form.

  4. Select your preferred salutation, and enter some information about yourself, including your first name, last name, email address, and phone number. Then select the general topic that aligns with your issue/question.

  5. On the right, fill in the subject of your message in the first text box, then type in your message in the larger text box. When you’re done, click Submit.
