Sometimes, you might get a follower on Instagram who won’t leave you alone. They constantly “like” and post comments on every picture and video that you share on Instagram. Whether they’re obsessed with you or just posting incessantly (often known as “spamming”), you want it to stop. Fortunately, you can make one of your followers go away quite easily.
To delete a follower on Instagram

Open and log into the app on your mobile device.

Tap the Profile icon (
) in the bottom-right corner, and then tap Followers.

This will bring up a list of all people who are following your activity on Instagram. Find the person whom you wish to remove from your followers, and tap their name.

Once you are on the person’s profile, tap the three dots in the top-right corner (they will look slightly different depending on what device you are using), and then tap Block. (Tap Yes, I’m Sure to confirm that you want to block them.)
Notes about deleted followers on Instagram

They will not be notified that you have blocked them from following you.

They will not be able to find or see your profile, photos, or videos on Instagram.

If they have “liked” or commented on your previous pictures or videos, these actions will not be erased (though you can erase them yourself).

They can still “like” and comment on the pictures and videos of people whom you know (if the person is following them as well), or on people who have public accounts and/or posts.
