If you're having trouble with an aspect of Priceline - say, you need to change or cancel a booking - you might need to get in touch with Priceline's customer service team. There are three main ways to do it: text-chatting live with a customer service agent, sending an email, or calling their customer service division over the phone.

How to contact Priceline customer service

  1. Open your web browser and go to www.priceline.com.
  2. In the top right corner, move your cursor over Help, then click on Contact Us from the menu that appears below.
  3. Click on a topic related to your issue to get more information, or choose a method to contact Priceline, choosing from Online Chat, Email, or Phone Call.

Were those instructions a little too quick and concise for you? If so, don’t worry – next, we’ll give you detailed instructions on how to use each contact method for contacting Priceline customer service.

If your call is about an existing booking or bid, be sure to have your itinerary or request number handy, as well as the phone number that you provided when you made that booking or bid (if it's different than the one that you're using to call Priceline with).

5 Tips for Dealing with Priceline Customer Service

1. Do as much research as possible in advance.

Be sure to read all of the information (including the fine print) when booking a flight, hotel, or car rental. It’s better if you know all of the information ahead of time.

2. Make sure you have all of the information about your booking before contacting customer service.

Have all of your information in front of you. If you’re contacting them about a problem with a booking, for example, you’ll want to have all of the information in case the customer service representative happens to ask for it.

3. Try your best to be patient.

Be patient with the customer service representative you’re dealing with. You may have to wait to speak to someone  – but keep in mind that they are a very large company and probably have lots of other people like you that need help too.

4. Get in touch with the providers of the accommodations you booked through Priceline directly.

Check your bookings with the travel companies involved in your trip. It’s a good idea to call the airline, hotel, or rental car company that you booked through Priceline to ensure that your accommodations have been properly booked.

5. Try speaking with the higher-ups.

Ask to speak to a supervisor or manager. It’s possible that the customer service representative you’re speaking to may not have the authority to solve your issue the way you’d like. If you try to get in touch with someone with more authority, they may be able to help you out. However, keep in mind that this process may take a little more time and patience.
