Udemy coupons are special codes that you can input when you sign up for a course. They are issued by the instructor of the course, and may be found in the course announcements, the post-course bonus lecture, or in emails from Udemy. A sample coupon looks like this:
You may also be able to find coupons for Udemy on virtual coupon repositories such as Goodshop, CouponFollow, and Coupons.com (you may need to click a button that says Show Code or something like that).
Find the course that you want (or are able) to use your coupon for, and go to its information page. See steps 1 through 4 in our how to take a Udemy course tutorial if you need help with that.
Once you're on the course's information page, look underneath the Take This Course button for a link that says Redeem a Coupon. Click on it when you find it.
A box will pop up labelled "Enter Your Redemption Code". Click in the text box and type in your coupon code, and then click Apply.
If your coupon is accepted, you should see the price of the course affected accordingly.
Sure! Check your email for messages from Udemy, and check the Announcements section of courses that you're enrolled in. They may be able to point you to courses that are being offered at reduced prices.
That's how to find and use coupons and other discounts on Udemy!
