To sell on AliExpress, you currently need to own a business in mainland China. AliExpress is considering expanding their eligible seller pool beyond mainland China, but so far they have not. In the meantime, you can check various Alibaba Group and AliExpress information outlets for any news on this front.
How will I know when I’ll be able to sell on AliExpress?
You can check out the AliExpress Seller Center, but unless you know how to read Chinese or have some sort of translator program, it might be difficult to get anywhere. Even then, you may not be able to set up a seller account if you don’t have shipping or billing details that correspond to mainland China.
Our best advice on this front, besides checking back at AliExpress occasionally, would be to sign up for the AliExpress newsletter. To do so, go to www.aliexpress.com and scroll down the screen until you see the box labelled “Subscription”. Click in the box, type in your email address, and click Subscribe. You can also click on the social media buttons below the box to follow AliExpress on Facebook, VK (VKontakte), OK (OdnoKlassniki), and Twitter.

To contact AliExpress support, you can use the help section to open an instant message chat with a support agent about a particular issue that you’re having, or you can use the complaint section to file a grievance against a seller on AliExpress whom you do not feel is following the website’s rules.
Scroll to the bottom of the screen, and under “AliExpress Information”, click Customer Support.
Start by clicking the general category that your question most relates to, at the top. Then, move your mouse cursor over one of the sub-categories on the left, and then click one of the questions on the right. This will bring up a suggested help tip or link to point you in the right direction.
If this doesn’t solve your problem, the Online Service button should now be available; click it.
A chat window will open, where you can talk with an AliExpress customer service representative.
Click in the box at the bottom and type in what you want to say; you can also click Send Picture to browse your computer for an image that you want to send along with your message (this may be useful in helping the agent visualize the issue that you’re having). When you’re ready to send your message, click Send.
When you have sufficiently resolved your problem, click the End Service button.
Move your mouse cursor over the Help menu at the very top of the screen, and select Submit a Complaint from the drop-down menu. Then click the Submit a Complaint button on the next screen.
A new tab or window should open in your browser. When it does, click Submit a Complaint below the type of complaint that you wish to make.
Each type of complaint has a different form to fill out, but most contain similar elements (e.g. outlining the complaint, identifying the seller or offending product, writing details, adding pictures as evidence, supplying your contact information, and so on).
When you are done filling out the form, click the check box at the bottom to say that you understand the rules of making a complaint (i.e. you are doing so in good faith), and click the Submit a Complaint button.
